Summary

Role: Temporary IT Support Cover, EUC Level 1 Client location: VF9R+P2G, Marsa, Malta (on site) Duration: August 10 to August 24 (2 weeks) Purpose: Provide short term coverage for the client's end user computing support, while their regular team is unavailable. Main tasks: New user onboarding, setting up accounts, devices and access PC formatting and reimaging Printer installation and configuration General first line support for basic hardware and software issues Any other day to day EUC support tasks the client needs Level of work: Basic to intermediate support, no advanced troubleshooting or infrastructure work expected What's still missing to confirm: Exact working hours and shift pattern Hourly or total rate for the two weeks Whether travel or accommodation is covered Name of the client and direct contact on site Equipment or tools that will be provided versus brought by the technician
