Summary

Hi All, We are looking for an on call IT support person how can assist our team with different issues from time to time. Examples of issues are setting up a new computer, setting up email signatures, sharing excel documents with other team members etc. So, all in all, very basic things. They will need to be available via video call during Sydney work hour 9-5pm Monday to Friday. This is on call so assistance might take 15minutes, or it might take an hour or more. You need to have good communication skills
