Survey Data Analyst | Qualtrics, Excel & PowerPoint Data Visualization

Summary We are looking for an experienced survey data analyst to turn Qualtrics survey results into clean, accurate datasets and polished, presentation-ready insights. This role requires strong quantitative analysis skills along with the ability to communicate findings visually. Each survey will contain approximately 25–30 questions, and the final deliverables will include a cleaned Excel dataset and a professional PowerPoint presentation with embedded charts and visuals. Core Skills Required: - Qualtrics survey data export and analysis - Quantitative survey and statistical analysis - Excel data cleaning, validation, and organization - Cross-tabulation and segmentation analysis - Identifying trends, patterns, and key findings - PowerPoint presentation development - Charts, graphs, and data visualization - Translating data into clear business insights - Strong attention to accuracy and detail - Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines You will collaborate directly with our strategist and incorporate two rounds of feedback. The first draft must be completed within 48 hours of receiving the survey data, with final deliverables completed within 1 week. This is the first of several anticipated projects. We are particularly interested in finding someone who can deliver consistently high-quality analysis and presentations and become a long-term analytics partner.
