Conduct face-to-face surveys in USA.Target respondents include mechanics/installers at motorcycle, auto, and commercial vehicle service shops, as well as commercial vehicle/truck fleet decision makers. Respondents must have at least 1 year in the industry and 6 months in their current establishment, and be lubricant decision makers or influencers. The survey takes 35–40 minutes. Additional targets may be identified in individual markets.
