AI Systems Builders Wanted (All Levels) Turn Workflows Into Tools, Trial-Based

We are building an internal team of AI-native builders who turn manual workflows into simple, working tools using modern AI-build platforms: Replit, Lovable, Cursor, Claude Code, n8n, Make, Supabase or Firebase, plus APIs and automations. You do not need a deep traditional software-engineering background if you can build and learn fast. We care about what you can ship, not your resume. This is ongoing, trial-based work. You start with a short paid trial (turning a small real workflow into a working tool), and the strongest, most reliable builders move into steady projects with better assignments and higher pay over time. WE ARE HIRING AT THREE LEVELS (apply at the one that fits you): - Apprentice: you are already experimenting with the tools above and can turn a simple manual process into a basic working tool or automation. You learn fast. - Intermediate: you independently ship usable internal tools, work with databases, connect APIs, build automations and dashboards, debug your own work, and iterate from feedback. - Expert: production-quality builder: systems architecture, integrations, permissions and authentication, database design, automation, and turning prototypes into reliable, scalable systems. HOW WE WORK: Our model is simple: people do the work manually, we watch what works, then builders turn the winning process into a tool. We evaluate on actual output rather than interviews.
