Systems Manager

Systems Manager About Us Avant is a portfolio of high-growth eCommerce and telehealth brands. We build, acquire, and scale direct-to-consumer companies, and we’re looking for someone to help build the internal systems that power the entire portfolio. This is not a typical operations role. You’ll be responsible for building the infrastructure that keeps our brands organized, our operators accountable, and our leadership team informed. ⸻ Responsibilities * Build and maintain Notion workspaces across the portfolio. * Create dashboards and Google Sheets for operators and leadership. * Build creative tracking systems and testing databases. * Organize competitor research and intelligence. * Create SOPs and internal documentation. * Build systems to track launches, experiments, KPIs, and performance. * Ensure operators keep reports and databases updated. * Audit data for accuracy and follow up on missing information. * Work with AI tools to build our internal knowledge base and operating system. * Continuously improve how the business is organized and operated. ⸻ What We’re Looking For * Experience working in eCommerce, DTC, or a high-growth startup. * Strong Notion experience. * Advanced Google Sheets skills. * Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. * Comfortable working with large amounts of data. * Able to identify trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities from business data. * Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Cursor. * Self-starter who enjoys building systems from scratch. ⸻ Bonus Points * Experience with Meta Ads or eCommerce analytics. * Experience with automation tools like Make, Zapier, or n8n. * Experience building dashboards. * Familiarity with Airtable or SQL. ⸻ Success in This Role Within your first 90 days, you’ll have: * Built a standardized Notion workspace across the portfolio. * Organized our creative and competitor intelligence databases. * Improved reporting systems for every operator. * Built dashboards that leadership relies on. * Helped lay the foundation for our internal AI operating system. * Created systems that make the business more organized and scalable.
