AI TTS Systems Specialist – High-Volume Audio Production We are looking for an experienced AI Text-to-Speech (TTS) Systems Specialist to help establish and operate a cost-efficient, high-volume narration workflow for ongoing digital content production. This is primarily a TTS systems and production workflow position, rather than a traditional voiceover role. Project We produce a high volume of scripted content and are looking for a specialist who understands how to deploy and operate TTS technology efficiently at scale. Our long-term production target is approximately: 60 hours of finished TTS narration per month Approximately 15 hours per week Completed scripts will be provided. What We’re Looking For We are particularly interested in experience with: * Self-hosted TTS systems * Open-source TTS technology * Locally deployed AI models * Custom TTS pipelines * Cloud/GPU-based TTS deployment * High-volume batch generation * Long-form AI narration * Audio processing and quality control * TTS workflow automation We are looking for someone with experience beyond simply operating standard consumer TTS applications. Responsibilities * Establish or recommend an appropriate TTS production workflow * Generate narration from provided scripts * Handle high-volume and batch generation * Maintain consistent audio quality across projects * Review audio for noticeable generation errors * Correct pronunciation and pacing issues * Regenerate problematic sections when necessary * Deliver organized WAV or high-quality MP3 files * Optimize the workflow as production volume increases Cost Efficiency Cost efficiency at scale is an important part of this project. We are evaluating different approaches to TTS production and are particularly interested in self-hosted, open-source, custom, private, or other scalable TTS infrastructure where appropriate. Our goal is to establish a sustainable long-term workflow rather than simply purchase additional usage from a standard consumer TTS subscription. Any proposed models, software, datasets, services, or infrastructure must permit the intended use and comply with applicable licensing and commercial-use requirements.
