Seeking a detail-oriented, culture-savvy Talent Scout & Outreach Specialist to help us identify, audit, and contact rising digital creators across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. This role requires identifying unmanaged talent, verifying their engagement metrics against our criteria, writing short personalized cold outreach emails, sending them to creators, and CCing our CEO on responses. We have a streamlined, simple Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) ready for you to follow. Workload & Expected Output Commitment: Exactly 2 hours per day, 5 days per week (10 hours total per week). Target Output: Minimum 15 to 20 verified creator emails sent and logged per 2-hour shift (approx. 75–100 emails/week). Requirements & Critical Qualifications Flawless, Casual Written English (MANDATORY): You must possess near-native, conversational US English writing skills. Your outreach must sound like a natural, casual peer—NOT an AI bot, a sales representative, or stiff academic prose. US Pop Culture & Creator Familiarity: Deep understanding of Western social media trends, TikTok humor, Instagram aesthetics, and US brand safety standards. Platform Intuition: Ability to quickly navigate Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube to evaluate follower counts, view velocities, and email locations. Attention to Detail: Meticulous ability to check bios for hidden management tags and log data accurately into Google Sheets. Prompt Response Time: Ability to execute creator handoffs within 6 hours during your working window.
