U.S. Tax Expert Needed for Foreign-Owned Single-Member Delaware LLC

I am a Nigerian resident and the sole owner of a single-member Delaware LLC. The company operates an online SaaS and advertising technology platform serving customers internationally. I am looking for a qualified U.S. tax professional with specific experience handling federal tax compliance for foreign-owned U.S. disregarded entities. Scope of work: * Review the company structure and business activities. * Prepare and file Form 5472 with the required pro-forma Form 1120. * Identify owner contributions, withdrawals, payments and other reportable transactions. * Determine whether I am required to file Form 1040-NR or have effectively connected U.S. income. * Advise on federal filing deadlines and record-keeping requirements. * Explain any additional federal or state filings that may apply. * Provide confirmation and copies of all completed filings. * Provide support if the IRS requests clarification concerning the submitted return. The company is expected to have: * One foreign owner. * No U.S. employees. * No physical U.S. office. * Online SaaS and advertising-related revenue. * International customers and payment processing. * Owner contributions and payments for business expenses. Required experience: * CPA, Enrolled Agent or experienced U.S. tax professional. * Proven experience with foreign-owned single-member LLCs. * Strong knowledge of Forms 5472, 1120 and 1040-NR. * Experience advising non-U.S. founders. * Familiarity with SaaS, online businesses and international transactions. * Ability to work remotely and communicate requirements clearly.
