We need a registered tax accountant to help prepare and lodge a zero return US and Delaware state for an unofficially dormant company. The ideal candidate will have experience in tax preparation and be familiar with corporate tax laws. This is a part-time project expected to last less than a month. Extremely simple scope, with last year's return available ahead of commencement. - 4 balance sheet items - 4 p/l items No employees No revenue
