Summary

I am looking for an experienced international tax lawyer to review contracts prepared for a Delaware C-Corporation and its 100%-owned German UG subsidiary. The agreements will already be drafted by a U.S. business attorney; the goal is to identify any U.S.–German cross-border tax, transfer-pricing, permanent-establishment, management/control, or IP-related risks before execution. Strong experience with U.S.–German corporate structures is required. Please briefly describe your relevant experience.
