Teach Me to Connect My Custom HTML Form to AWeber Using OAuth (DreamHost/PHP)

I'm looking for an experienced developer who can teach me how to connect a custom HTML form to AWeber using OAuth and the AWeber API. My working hours are 1pm–11pm Pacific Standard Time — you must be available to meet during those hours. My goal is not simply to have the work completed. I want to understand the entire process so I can do it myself in the future.
