Technical Designer Needed – Men’s Boxer Brief Tech Pack

I’m developing a premium men’s boxer brief and am looking for an experienced apparel technical designer to create a complete, factory-ready tech pack. This is a relatively simple, solid-black garment with no prints or complex design elements, so the project is primarily focused on fit, sizing/grading, and construction rather than fashion or pattern design. The overall design and material specifications are already established. I can provide a physical reference garment’s detailed measurements, along with photos showing the fit, pouch, gusset, seams, waistband, leg openings, and other construction details. I’m looking for someone who can translate this into a professional tech pack including front/back technical flats, construction details and callouts, BOM/material specifications, points of measurement (POM), measurement/spec chart graded from S–XXL, tolerances, and the other information a factory will need for sampling and production. Production sewing patterns are not required as part of the initial scope. Experience with men’s underwear, boxer briefs, activewear, compression garments, or other close-fitting stretch-knit garments is strongly preferred.
