Technical Designer; Women's Performance (Padel) Wear | Tech Packs + Sampling (2–3 styles)

I'm the founder of a new premium women's sportswear brand from the Netherlands, launching January 2027 with a pilot collection for padel. Brand identity, moodboards and design directions are complete; manufacturer conversations in Portugal and Turkey are underway. Scope: • Production-ready tech packs for 2–3 styles (dress, skort, top) with graded sizing S–XL, full BOM, construction details and measurement charts • Fit comments and revisions through two sampling rounds to gold seal approval • Timeline: start within 2 weeks; everything approved for our production order by mid-November 2026 Requirements: • Proven women's activewear experience with cut-and-sew performance garments • Demonstrable experience with built-in support/bra engineering (shelf bras, compression panels) this is core to the brand and non-negotiable • Experience with warp-knit performance stretch fabrics (190–240 g/m²) • Tech packs become the brand's property; NDA required before design details are shared To apply, please answer these three questions (applications without answers won't be considered): 1.
