Technical Designer for Factory-Ready Tech Packs

I’m looking for an experienced technical designer to create factory-ready tech packs for MICA Studios, a premium women’s movement and lifestyle brand. The initial project includes three custom grip sock styles with unique toeless constructions, grip details, branding, and two size ranges. Designs, visual references, colorways, and overall creative direction are already established. I need someone who can translate these concepts into detailed, manufacturer-ready tech packs, including technical flats, measurements/specs, construction details, materials/BOM, colorways, logo and grip placement, and production notes. Experience with socks, hosiery, knitwear, or performance accessories is strongly preferred.
