Technical Interview Coaching

We are looking for an experienced Technical Interview Coach to join our career coaching team on a flexible ongoing basis. Our clients are primarily mid-to-senior level technology professionals interviewing at companies ranging from FAANG and Fortune 500 enterprises to high-growth startups and mid-sized tech companies. Your primary responsibility will be helping clients successfully navigate the interview process for technical IC and leadership roles. While behavioral coaching can be of value, this role is heavily focused on technical interview preparation. If you can do both, please share. You'll work with candidates pursuing roles such as: Software Engineer (Backend, Frontend, Full Stack, Infrastructure, ML, etc.) Data Scientist Machine Learning Engineer Data Engineer Product Manager TPM Program Manager Project Manager Solutions Architect Cloud Engineer DevOps / SRE Other technical IC and leadership roles Responsibilities Conduct 1:1 interview coaching over Zoom or Google Meet Prepare clients for company-specific interview processes Coach candidates through technical problem solving and communication Review interview performance and provide actionable feedback Help clients improve system design, coding, architecture, product sense, analytical thinking, or technical execution depending on role Assist with behavioral interviews Tailor coaching based on company, seniority, and interview style Ideal Experience We're looking for someone who has significant experience with technical hiring or interviewing at companies such as: Google Meta Amazon Microsoft Apple Netflix NVIDIA Salesforce Stripe Datadog ServiceNow Airbnb Uber Snowflake LinkedIn Atlassian Other major technology companies Experience as a hiring manager, interviewer, engineering manager, staff/principal engineer, senior PM, TPM, or similar leadership role is highly preferred. Requirements Deep understanding of modern interview processes for tech companies/roles Strong English communication skills Comfortable leading live coaching sessions Reliable availability each week (flexible/set your own schedule) Nice to Have FAANG interviewing experience Experience coaching professionals into senior, staff, principal, or management positions Experience conducting or evaluating technical interviews Ability to adapt coaching across multiple companies and interview styles Familiarity with LeetCode-style coding interviews System Design interview expertise Product Sense interview experience SQL / Data Science interview experience Behavioral interview coaching experience To Apply We're not looking for someone who simply checks a list of boxes—we're looking for someone who can genuinely improve our clients' interview performance and outcomes.
