We are building a modern EdTech platform targeting the African market, similar in concept to Coursera, Udemy, and Simplilearn. The platform will enable instructors to create and monetize courses while allowing learners to access high-quality educational content through a seamless digital learning experience. Video content will be hosted on Google Cloud, and we are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to architect the solution, establish development standards, and lead a small team of junior and mid-level developers through MVP development and future scaling phases. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both strategic architecture expertise and active software development participation.
