We’re looking for a Technical Operations Lead to own the technical infrastructure behind our business and help us build systems that scale. ⸻ Position Summary As the Technical Operations Lead, you will own the technology, systems, and workflows that power Green Joe Coffee School. You’ll serve as our in-house Kajabi expert while overseeing our WordPress and SEO freelancers to ensure our website, online courses, and marketing systems work together seamlessly. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, improving business processes, and building efficient systems. You’ll work directly with the founder to identify opportunities for automation, improve workflows, and create a reliable technical foundation that supports future growth. ⸻ Key Responsibilities Kajabi Administration * Serve as the primary administrator for our Kajabi platform. * Build and maintain courses, products, offers, funnels, and automations. * Manage email campaigns and customer journeys within Kajabi. * Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues. * Recommend improvements to the student experience. Technical Operations * Design, implement, and improve business workflows. * Build and maintain automations. * Research and recommend tools that improve efficiency. * Troubleshoot technical issues across the business. * Ensure our systems remain organized, secure, and scalable. Website Management * Coordinate and review work completed by our WordPress freelancer. * Ensure website updates are completed accurately and on schedule. * Monitor website performance, security, and uptime. * Prioritize and coordinate technical improvements. SEO Coordination * Coordinate work with our SEO freelancer. * Help prioritize technical SEO initiatives. * Ensure SEO recommendations are implemented correctly. Systems & Documentation * Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). * Document workflows and internal processes. * Build systems that make delegation and consistency possible. Continuous Improvement * Identify operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies. * Recommend improvements to workflows and automations. * Continuously improve the systems that support the business. ⸻ Qualifications We’re looking for someone with experience in: * Kajabi (required) * WordPress * Workflow automation (Zapier, Make, or similar) * APIs and software integrations * Google Workspace * Website administration * Technical troubleshooting Experience with the following is a plus: * AI tools and AI-assisted workflows * Technical SEO * Project management platforms (ClickUp, Asana, Trello, etc.) ⸻ What Success Looks Like Within your first 90 days, you will: * Become the primary administrator of our Kajabi platform. * Understand our complete technical ecosystem. * Improve key workflows through automation. * Create clear documentation and SOPs for critical processes. * Successfully coordinate our WordPress and SEO freelancers. * Build a more scalable technical foundation for Green Joe Coffee School. ⸻ Hours Approximately 10 hours per week to start, with the opportunity to increase hours as the company grows. ⸻ Location We are currently considering candidates located in Mexico, Central America, or South America who have several hours of overlap with the U.S. Mountain Time Zone. ⸻ Compensation Competitive hourly rate based on experience. ⸻ Why Join Us?
