Technical Outdoor Apparel Designer for New Hiking Brand

I’m looking for an experienced technical apparel designer to help develop the first collection for a new women’s outdoor/hiking clothing brand. I have ideas of the aesthetic, fit and functionality I want, and I’m looking for someone who can help translate these ideas into technically sound, production-ready garments. The initial products I’m exploring include: A lightweight waterproof and windproof shell jacket Lightweight waterproof/windproof hiking trousers Lightweight wateproof hiking shorts A lightweight technical fleece / mid-layer The aim is to create clothing that performs properly in demanding outdoor conditions while also having a considered, flattering and contemporary fit. I’m particularly looking for someone with experience in technical outdoor or performance apparel, who understands waterproof/breathable fabrics, wind protection, technical construction, seam sealing, material selection and garment functionality. I would ideally like help with the development process from concept through to technical drawings, fabric/material recommendations, construction details and manufacturer-ready tech packs. Experience with hiking, mountaineering, ski, rainwear or other technical outdoor apparel is strongly preferred.
