Technical Product Designer & 3D Product Visualization Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Designer & 3D Visualization Specialist who can lead the design and development of innovative physical products—from concept ideation through technical design, manufacturing feasibility, and photorealistic visualization. This role is ideal for someone who combines creativity with technical expertise. You should be comfortable developing original product concepts while considering engineering constraints, materials, manufacturing processes, functionality, cost, and production feasibility. In addition to technical product design, you should be able to produce high-quality 3D models and realistic visualizations that effectively communicate design intent. Role Overview Working closely with our creative team, you will design premium corporate gifts, packaging, collectibles, and culturally inspired products that reflect our brand values. You'll transform creative ideas, sketches, mood boards, and reference materials into manufacturable product designs supported by detailed 3D models, technical considerations, and presentation-ready renders. We're looking for someone who understands how to bridge creative vision with practical execution—designing products that are both aesthetically compelling and ready for production. Key Responsibilities Develop original concepts for premium corporate gifts, packaging, and collectible products. Translate ideas, sketches, and creative briefs into production-ready product designs. Create detailed 3D CAD models suitable for manufacturing and prototyping. Design with consideration for materials, structural integrity, manufacturing methods, assembly, cost, and usability. Recommend appropriate materials, finishes, and production techniques. Collaborate with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure designs can be successfully produced. Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and manufacturing documentation where required. Produce high-quality photorealistic renders and presentation visuals. Design luxury packaging that complements the product and enhances the customer experience. Create multiple design iterations and refine concepts based on stakeholder feedback. Produce product animations or presentation videos when required. Ideal Candidate You are more than a visualizer—you are a product designer who understands how great ideas become real products. You should have: Experience designing physical products from concept through manufacturing. Strong technical product design and industrial design skills. A portfolio demonstrating original product development, not just visualization. Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, material selection, tolerances, and production constraints. Experience designing luxury products, premium packaging, corporate gifts, accessories, home décor, or collectible items. Excellent creative problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail. The ability to balance aesthetics, functionality, manufacturability, and cost. Strong visualization skills capable of producing premium-quality renders for presentations and marketing. Preferred Software Experience with one or more of the following: SolidWorks Rhino Fusion 360 Autodesk Inventor Blender Cinema 4D 3ds Max KeyShot V-Ray Adobe Creative Suite Similar CAD and 3D visualization software Preferred Experience Premium product or industrial design. Luxury gifting, packaging, or consumer products. Sustainable product development and material innovation. Cultural or heritage-inspired product design. Knowledge of Middle Eastern design aesthetics, craftsmanship, and traditional materials. Experience collaborating with manufacturers from prototype through production. Ability to create product animations and presentation materials. Requirements Currently based in the UAE. Strong English communication skills.
