The Role You own projects start to finish. Not tickets. Not standups. The whole thing: Scope it. Run discovery calls. Ask the sharp questions. Turn client conversations into a spec so clear a developer never has to guess. Prototype it. Design and build working prototypes with Claude Code and Figma. Iterate with the client until they say "yes, that's it." Build it. Hand the confirmed design to a developer. Drive the build. Unblock fast, review everything, keep the client warm. Ship it. App Store and Play Store setup. APIs and integrations via Claude Code. Crashlytics. Release. Done means live. You You ACE client comms. One call with you and clients relax. Bad news delivered early, expectations set clearly, no message left hanging. You think in UX. You see the user flow, the edge cases, and the simpler version the client actually needs — before they do. You're technical. APIs, integrations, release pipelines, store submissions. You use Claude Code to do real work and hold your own with developers. AI is your daily driver. Claude Code, Cursor, or similar — already in your workflow, not on your to-learn list. You own outcomes. "Someone else dropped the ball" isn't in your vocabulary.
