Technical Recruiter - Central Time Zone (Texas, USA Time Zone)

Summary Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Recruiter to help us identify and hire exceptional engineering, IT, and technical talent. This role will involve managing the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and interviewing candidates to offering and onboarding. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the tech industry and a passion for finding the right candidates to fit our teams. ________________________________________ Responsibilities • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and build job descriptions for open roles. • Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for various roles. • Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience. • Conduct in-depth interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. • Manage candidate pipelines and keep hiring managers updated on progress. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). • Stay current with industry trends and talent pools to continually improve recruiting strategies. ________________________________________ Qualifications • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, Recruiter, or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced tech environment. • In-depth knowledge of technical roles and the tech industry (software engineering, cloud computing, data science, etc.). • Strong understanding of recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS systems). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to build relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Experience with diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in recruitment is a plus.
