Research, continuous learning, and problem-solving are at the core of everything we do. About the Role The Technical AI Research Assistant plays a key role within our Technology Department. You'll work directly with our technical leadership team, supporting technical research, software development, AI-assisted analysis, documentation, and day-to-day problem-solving to accelerate the delivery of our automation initiatives. What You'll Be Doing Technical Research & Problem Solving Research solutions for technical challenges assigned daily by our Technical Project Lead and technical stakeholders Analyze technical documentation, APIs, software libraries, SDKs, and emerging technologies Investigate multiple approaches to programming, automation, and AI-related challenges Evaluate tools and platforms to identify the most effective technical solution Validate technical information using reliable sources and official documentation AI-Powered Research Leverage tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor AI, and other AI platforms to accelerate research and problem-solving Research new AI tools that may add value to the team Prepare executive summaries and technical documentation based on research findings Compare recommendations generated by different AI platforms before proposing a solution Programming & Technical Support Assist with basic to intermediate programming tasks Research code examples, libraries, frameworks, and development best practices Support technical testing, solution validation, and debugging efforts Contribute to automation projects, system integrations, and AI agent development Documentation & Organization Document research findings, technical procedures, and implemented solutions Maintain well-organized technical documentation in Notion Keep project documentation and technical records up to date Organize technical knowledge so it can be easily reused across the team Technical Team Support Follow up daily on assigned tasks and communicate progress, blockers, and proposed solutions proactively Prioritize work based on departmental needs Collaborate closely with other members of the Technology team What We're Looking For Basic to intermediate programming knowledge Strong research and self-learning skills Genuine interest in AI and emerging technologies Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities Ability to understand technical documentation written in English Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to learn new technologies quickly Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities Strong written communication skills A proactive mindset and commitment to continuous learning Preferred Skills & Experience Experience with any of the following is highly valued: GitHub, Git, Notion, Claude AI, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor AI, MCP (Model Context Protocol), AI Agents, AI Skills, Process Automation, Platform Integrations, Low-Code/No-Code Solutions, Technical Documentation, Technical Research Ideal Candidate Curious, analytical, organized, and proactive — someone comfortable researching solutions independently before asking for help, who adapts quickly to new technologies and is interested in building a long-term career in AI and Automation.
