Summary

I am looking for someone with actual music industry, concert production, touring, venue, or artist management experience to create TWO separate professional rider documents for a musical group. Both documents must be created and professionally formatted in ENGLISH AND SPANISH. I need: 1. Technical Rider — English + Spanish 2. Artist / Hospitality Rider — English + Spanish The Spanish version must read naturally and professionally for promoters, venues, production companies, festivals, casinos, theaters, and event organizers throughout Latin America. I do not want a basic machine translation. This is NOT simply a graphic design project. I need someone who understands how professional touring documents are structured and how promoters, production managers, FOH engineers, stage managers, tour managers, hospitality teams, and venues actually use them. I will provide the artist information, branding, photos, equipment information, hospitality preferences, transportation requirements, and other necessary details. DOCUMENT #1 — TECHNICAL RIDER The Technical Rider must be a complete professional production document suitable for venues, festivals, arenas, casinos, theaters, promoters, and production companies. It should include: Technical Overview * Artist / band technical overview * Production contact information * Technical advance contact * Venue production contact section * General production requirements Stage & Rigging * Minimum stage dimensions * Stage height * Stage surface / flooring requirements * Stage access * Stairs * Risers if required * Barricades where required * Rigging requirements * Truss requirements * Load considerations * Safe cable routing * Load-in access * Load-out access Professional Stage Plot A professionally designed visual stage plot showing: * Every band member * Musician positions * Instruments * Microphones * DI boxes * Monitor / IEM positions * Power drops * Backline placement * Amplifier locations * Drum placement if applicable * Stage entrances/exits where necessary This cannot be only written text. I need an actual professional visual stage plot. Audio / FOH * PA system requirements * FOH requirements * Console requirements * House system requirements * System processing * Subwoofer requirements where applicable * Front fills / delays where applicable * Cabling requirements * Stage boxes * Audio connections * Talkback * Soundcheck requirements * Line check requirements The band travels with its own equipment package, including its own: * Mixer * Microphones * Wireless body packs * In-ear monitoring system * Related touring audio equipment The normal setup is for the band’s mixer to provide Left and Right outputs to the venue/house sound system. This needs to be clearly and professionally explained and diagrammed so a venue FOH engineer or production manager immediately understands: * What the artist provides * What the venue provides * How the systems connect * What outputs are supplied * Required connections * Required cabling/adapters * Who controls the monitor mix * Who controls FOH * Any backup or contingency requirements Input / Channel List The rider must include a professional: * Input list * Channel list * Patch list * Source * Microphone / DI * Stand type * Phantom power if applicable * Monitor requirements * Notes * Output routing where applicable Monitoring / IEM * In-ear monitor system * Wireless body packs * Monitor mixes * Frequency coordination * RF requirements * Wireless microphone coordination * Backup frequencies where applicable * House monitor requirements if needed Microphones & DI * Vocal microphones * Instrument microphones * Wireless systems * DI boxes * Stands * Cabling * Preferred equipment * Acceptable substitutions Backline * Required instruments * Drum equipment if applicable * Amplifiers * Cabinets * Keyboards * Stands * Guitar stands * Percussion * Spare equipment * Preferred brands/models * Acceptable substitutions Lighting & FX * Front wash * Backlighting * Moving lights * Spotlights * Follow spots if applicable * Stage lighting positions * Haze * Atmospheric effects * Strobes if applicable * Special FX * Pyrotechnic restrictions if applicable * Artist lighting preferences * House lighting responsibilities Power * Stage electrical requirements * Dedicated circuits * Voltage requirements * Power drops * Power distribution * Grounding requirements * Touring equipment power * FOH power * Backline power * Dressing room power where applicable Tour Bus Power / Parking Where applicable: * Tour bus parking * Safe bus access * Overnight parking requirements * Shore power requirements * Required amperage / voltage * Power availability * Generator restrictions if applicable Load-In / Load-Out * Load-in time * Loading dock requirements * Vehicle access * Equipment access * Stage access * Crew requirements * Load-out requirements * Curfew considerations Soundcheck * Artist soundcheck * Line check * Minimum required time * Backline setup deadline * Stage-ready deadline * Production-ready deadline Technical Production Schedule The Technical Rider should include a section/template for: * Venue access * Load-in * Stage setup * Backline setup * Audio setup * Line check * Soundcheck * Lighting programming * Artist arrival * Doors * Support act * Changeover * Artist performance * Load-out Venue Technical Advance Information A section should be included requesting: * Venue name * Venue address * Production manager * FOH engineer * Monitor engineer * Lighting director * Stage manager * Electrician * Rigging contact * Security contact * Load-in contact * Stage dimensions * PA inventory * Console inventory * Lighting inventory * Backline inventory * Power specifications * Parking information * Loading dock information * Curfew * Noise restrictions DOCUMENT #2 — ARTIST / HOSPITALITY RIDER This must be a completely separate professional document covering the artist, hospitality, backstage, transportation, hotel, security, credentials, show-day logistics, and promoter responsibilities. Artist Information * Artist biography * Professional group photos * Individual member photos where applicable * Artist logo * Branding * Genre / musical style * Career highlights * Notable performances * Press/media information * Awards or accomplishments where applicable * Management information * Booking information Digital / Social Media Information * Instagram * TikTok * Facebook * YouTube * Spotify * Apple Music * Website * Official music videos * Current follower counts * Spotify monthly listeners where applicable * Streaming statistics where appropriate * Clickable social media links * Clickable music links * QR codes where appropriate Because follower counts and streaming statistics change, these sections must be easy to update. This should include areas such as: * Production * Hospitality * Dressing rooms * Transportation * Hotels * Security * Credentials * Staffing * Runners * Parking * Meals * Local labor * Artist access * Show-day coordination IMPORTANT — PRICING AND PAYMENT INFORMATION The standard Artist / Hospitality Rider should NOT contain the artist’s performance price, guarantee, deposit amount, commission, or negotiated financial terms. The rider needs to remain reusable for different promoters, markets, venues, festivals, and future booking prices. It may include professional language stating: “Artist performance fee and all financial terms shall be governed by the applicable executed performance agreement, deal memo, invoice, or booking confirmation.” Banking information, wire instructions, ACH information, account numbers, and sensitive financial information should NOT appear in the general Artist Rider. Those details will be handled separately through: * Performance agreement * Deal memo * Invoice * Deposit instructions * Payment instructions * Settlement documentation EDITABLE FILE REQUIREMENT This is extremely important. I do NOT want only flattened PDFs. Every document must be fully editable so our team can update the rider internally as the artist grows and requirements change. We need editable source files for: * Text * Artist biography * Contacts * Photos * Social media follower counts * Streaming statistics * Hospitality * Hotel requirements * Transportation * Stage information * Backline * Input list * Stage plot * Technical equipment * Sponsor logos * Branding * QR codes * Music links Acceptable professional software may include: * Adobe InDesign * Adobe Illustrator * Adobe Photoshop * Other professional editable document/layout software No canva pro The freelancer must provide all editable source files, linked assets, and final PDFs. The English and Spanish versions should have matching design, branding, organization, and professional quality. I want these documents to look like riders being used by an established national/international touring artist, not generic templates.
