We are searching for somone to coach our dev to build a PERFECT seo friendly, multi lingual fr, de, eng website for: www.truemedia.ch start from template choice to final online and all seo work done. Job Description: We are redesigning our B2B website (truemedia.ch), which provides digital real estate services (3D architectural visualizations, virtual tours, and PropTech SaaS solutions in Switzerland). We need an experienced Technical & Multilingual SEO Specialist to guide our team before, during, and after the migration to ensure zero traffic loss and optimize our organic visibility across the Swiss and international markets. Scope of Work: 1. Pre-Migration Audit: Crawl current site, benchmark rankings, and identify technical debt. 2. Architecture & URL Structure: Optimize site hierarchy and multi-language routing (/fr/, /de/, /en/) with proper hreflang implementation and canonical tags. 3. 301 Redirect Mapping: Build a comprehensive 1:1 redirect map for legacy URLs. 4. On-Page & Schema Markup: Structured data recommendations (Organization, Service, SoftwareApplication, Product) and metadata guidelines per language. 5. Post-Launch QA & Monitoring: Search Console verification, indexing status, Core Web Vitals checks, and resolving 404s/crawl errors. Requirements: - Proven track record with SEO site migrations and redesigns (must provide case studies). - Deep expertise in multilingual technical SEO (hreflang tags, geo-targeting, language subfolders). - Fluency in English (written/verbal).
