Technical Support Specialist: ManyChat, GoHighLevel & Meta Ads (Marketing Agency)

We're a growing Meta ads and content agency serving local service businesses (chiropractors, PTs, fitness studios). We need a sharp, technically capable contractor to take plug and play technical setup work off our plate so our team can focus on strategy and client results. This is NOT a role where you'll be taught the tools. You need to already know ManyChat and be comfortable navigating Meta Business Suite. We move fast and need someone who can match that pace. What you'll be doing: Building and refining ManyChat automation flows for multiple client accounts (this is the core of the role, requires actual critical thinking, not just copying a template) Setting up GoHighLevel sub-accounts: pipelines, calendars, automations (systematic, repeatable process) Navigating Meta Business Suite to set up and QC ad campaigns, toggle campaigns on/off, connect ad accounts Solving your own blockers. If something breaks, we expect you to troubleshoot before escalating What we need from you: Proven hands-on experience with ManyChat (not just "I've heard of it") Comfort inside Meta Business Suite (ad account setup, campaign management) GoHighLevel experience is a plus but trainable if the other two are strong Strong critical thinking. You'll get context and a goal, not a step-by-step script, for ManyChat work specifically Fast turnaround. Tasks should move in hours, not days Reliable communication, no chasing you for updates To apply: Please include a Loom video (5 minutes or less) walking through a ManyChat flow you personally built.
