About us Our company sells electric cargo tricycles (L2e/L6e) in France and across Europe — customers are municipalities, wine estates, châteaux, farms, equestrian centres and outdoor hospitality. We have 8 models in the range. The project Write, for each model, two documents: Quick Start Guide (4–6 pages) — unboxing, first charge, controls, first ride, safety. Full User Manual (20–30 pages) — technical specs, operation, load handling, battery care, maintenance schedule, troubleshooting, warranty & legal notices. Deliverables in French and English, clean Word/Google Docs structure ready for our designer Scope — 8 models Château · Domaine · Héritage · Terre · Équipage · Horizon · Pick-up · (+1 new model) Shared 70% of content across models → we expect a modular master document with model-specific variants, not 8 documents written from scratch. What we provide Full technical specs, photos, supplier documentation Existing FAQ and after-sales ticket history (real customer issues) Access to our workshop team for questions What we need from you Native-level French writing, technical register, plain and instructional Experience with vehicle / e-mobility / machinery manuals (portfolio required) Ability to structure content modularly (single-source style) Bonus: familiarity with EU requirements for user manuals (CE marking, safety warnings, pictograms ISO 7010) Bonus: DE / IT / NL translation capability (upcoming markets) Timeline & budget Pilot: 1 model (Quick Start + Manual) within 10 days → if satisfactory, full range.
