Technical updates needed to Divi/Wordpress website
Worldwide
We need a detail-oriented WordPress/Divi developer to complete four well-defined technical tasks on our existing site. This is not a redesign — the site stays as-is. We need clean, correct execution of four specific improvements. The Four Tasks 1. Title tags and meta descriptions Install and configure Yoast SEO or RankMath (your recommendation welcome) and write/implement keyword-rich title tags and meta descriptions for every page. We will provide the copy or approve your drafts before implementation. Target keywords center on commercial property tax appeal, California counties (San Diego, Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, Bay Area), and property types (auto dealership, office, industrial, retail). 2. Schema markup Implement the following schema types correctly via JSON-LD: LocalBusiness (firm name, address, phone, service area) FAQPage (applied to our existing FAQ page) Review (applied to client testimonials) Service (applied to our Services page) Validate all schema with Google's Rich Results Test before delivery. 3. Split the Success Stories page into individual indexed pages Our current Success Stories page is one long page. Each story needs its own URL (e.g., /success-stories/auto-dealership-saves-450000/), a proper title tag and meta description, and internal links back to the main Success Stories index page. The original page should redirect (301) to an updated index. Approximately 25–30 individual stories. 4. Add an llms.txt file Create and publish a properly formatted llms.txt file at the site root that directs AI crawlers to our most authoritative content — case studies, FAQ, Services, and About Us pages. Site Details WordPress (current version — update to latest stable as part of this project) Divi theme (Elegant Themes) Hosted on a2hosting.com Approximately 8–10 pages plus the Success Stories expansion What We're Looking For Demonstrated experience with WordPress SEO implementation (please include a live URL example of schema markup you've done) Comfort with Divi's Theme Builder — some of our header/footer elements are templated there Clean work habits: no bloated plugins, no changes outside the agreed scope Brief video or written walkthrough of completed work so we can verify what was done What We're Not Looking For Full site redesigns or unsolicited suggestions to rebuild in another platform Developers who subcontract without disclosing it Budget Please submit your bid with a breakdown by task so we can evaluate scope understanding. We expect this to run 4–8 hours for an experienced developer. Timeline We have a filing season deadline of November 30 and would like all work completed within two weeks of project start. To Apply Please include: A live URL showing schema markup you've implemented (we will verify with Google's Rich Results Test) Your experience with Divi specifically Your availability to start within the next 7 days
