**Technology Systems Expert — Fractional CTO / Strategic Advisor** **Overview** We are seeking a senior technology leader to validate, define, and oversee the technological architecture of our organization — including AI systems, platform integrations, and the "Second Brain" infrastructure that powers our operations. This is a fractional, strategic CTO role. You will not be managing tickets. You will serve as a senior advisor to company leadership on how our systems are built, connected, and scaled. **What You Will Do** - Validate and advise on our full technology ecosystem architecture (AI + Notion + integrations) - Define technical standards, best practices, and development principles - Oversee MCP server integrations, APIs, automations, and cross-platform connectors - Advise on the architecture of our organizational "Second Brain" (Claude, Obsidian, Notion, AI agents) - Supervise technical Project Managers, developers, and specialists - Translate business needs into executable technical solutions - Support the rollout of MCP servers across our stack **Our Tech Stack** - AI: Claude Code (Anthropic) — Claude Max, Opus 4.8 - Knowledge Base: Google Drive Shared Markdown File Repository - Sync & Version Control: Google Drive, GitHub, - Communication: Slack, Microsoft Teams, Missive - CRM: GoHighLevel - Meetings & Transcription: Krisp → via MCP - Platforms: macOS + Windows - Access Control: 1Password / Dashlane **MCP Servers in Roadmap** Missive, Google Workspace, Krisp, GoHighLevel, Slack, Notion (connected) **Requirements** - 7+ years in technology, systems architecture, or CTO / Tech Lead roles - Hands-on experience with Claude Code CLI and MCP server integrations - Deep understanding of AI agents, skills, and workflows — and the differences between them - Experience with distributed systems, APIs, and automation at scale - Familiarity with Obsidian as an AI workspace (not just note-taking) - Experience with tools such as Missive, GoHighLevel, or similar platforms is a strong plus **Automatic Disqualifiers** - Experience limited exclusively to ChatGPT/OpenAI with no Claude or Anthropic exposure - Unable to explain MCP when asked - No verifiable portfolio, GitHub profile, or recorded demonstrations **Engagement Details** - Type: Strategic Contract / Part-time - Compensation: $17–$25 USD/hour (based on experience and scope) - Duration: Per project — ongoing **To Apply** Please include the following in your proposal: 1.
