Telehealth App Developer Needed

Hi, I have an idea I want to build and I'm looking for someone who can help turn it into a real product. Here's what I'm thinking. I want to build a platform that makes it way easier for people to get healthcare when they need it, without all the usual hassle of figuring out which doctor to see, waiting on hold to book an appointment, or filling out the same forms over and over. Basically, someone opens the app, describes what's going on with them, and the app helps guide them to the right kind of care and gets them booked with a provider fast. On the clinic side, I want doctors and staff to have a simple dashboard where they can see their patients, manage appointments, and communicate with them, without drowning in admin work. The part I'm really excited about is using AI to handle a lot of the repetitive stuff — like asking patients the basic intake questions, doing a first pass at understanding how urgent their issue is, answering common questions patients usually call in about, and sending reminders so people don't miss appointments. If something's more serious or needs a real judgment call, it should hand things off to an actual person, not try to be a replacement for the doctor. I just want it to take the busywork off everyone's plate. So overall I need a mobile app for patients, a web dashboard for the clinic/providers, and some kind of AI assistant tying it together on the backend. Payments need to be built in too, so people can pay for consultations right through the app. And since it's healthcare, I need whoever builds this to take privacy and security seriously from day one — that's non-negotiable for me. I don't have this fully spec'd out technically — that's honestly why I'm looking for someone experienced. I have the vision and the problem I'm trying to solve, but I want a developer who can help me make the right calls on how to actually build it, push back if something I'm asking for doesn't make sense, and keep me updated as we go so I'm not left in the dark for weeks at a time. I also want to build this in a way that can grow — I'm thinking about adding more features and bringing on more clinics down the line, so it shouldn't be a one-off hacky build.
