Temu China Store Manager

Summary We are looking for a Temu store manager/operations specialist with hands-on experience managing a Temu seller account, who has reliable, ongoing access to the Temu Seller app with ainland China geolocation and an active mainland China (+86) phone number. REQUIREMENTS: - Reliable, ongoing access to the Temu Seller app with mainland China geolocation (whether because you're based there or already have a stable setup for this, not something you'd need to figure out from scratch) - Active mainland China number (+86) currently in use Fluent in Mandarin (native or near-native) — needed to contact Temu support directly Working proficiency in English — needed for daily communication with us. - Proven experience operating a Temu seller/store account CURRENT STATUS: We already have an approved Temu store and approved products/listings live on the platform. We have existing stock in China (produced and ready) that needs to be shipped and fulfilled. WHAT WE NEED HELP WITH: IMMEDIATE ISSUE: We have a shipment of products already approved and shipped to Temu, but the shipment has disappeared from the platform with no rejection notice or tracking update. We need someone who can log into Temu Seller support and get a clear answer on what happened to this shipment. SHIPMENTS & FULFILLMENT: Create new shipments and manage fulfillment for our existing stock (already produced, sitting in China) into the Temu store. ONGOING: Manage our Temu store on a regular basis, monitor shipments, respond to Temu communications, handle any account/compliance issues that require in-app access. ABOUT US: We're not a small side project, we're part of a startup about to launch with strong backing and major global growth potential, expanding from Uruguay into international markets. Our Temu store is one piece of a much larger rollout. For the right person, this is a genuine long-term opportunity, not a one-off gig, we're looking to build an ongoing working relationship as we scale into new markets. We have an approved Temu store and approved products, shipping from China through a Temu store registered under a Hong Kong entity.
