This is a long-term opportunity, not a one-off project. Responsibilities Review UK tender documents and drawings Read specifications Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) Complete pricing schedules Prepare cost estimates Contact suppliers and subcontractors for quotations Compare quotations Prepare tender submissions Complete PQQs and tender documentation Assist with commercial administration Requirements Experience in construction estimating or quantity surveying Ability to read construction drawings Good Excel skills Good written English High attention to detail Ability to work independently Preferred Experience with: UK construction projects UK Council tenders BOQs PlanSwift, Bluebeam, CostX or similar estimating software Working arrangement Remote Opportunity to become a full-time long-term position
