Tennessee Food Truck Prospect List Cleanup & Owner Contact Research

I’m looking for a detail-oriented freelancer to clean, organize, and enrich existing lists of food trucks and mobile food/beverage businesses in Tennessee. I already have lists covering Davidson County/Nashville and the Knoxville area. These businesses have already been identified as active, so I do not need a new list scraped from scratch or businesses verified for activity. My goal is to turn the existing data into a clean, organized prospecting database with accurate owner information and contact details. Scope of Work 1. Combine & Clean the Lists • Combine all provided lists into one master spreadsheet. • Identify and remove duplicate businesses. • Catch duplicates even when business names are spelled or formatted slightly differently. • Clean and standardize business names, phone numbers, emails, and other data. 2. Categorize Each Business Please classify each company as one of the following: • Food Truck • Food Trailer / Concession Trailer • Beverage / Coffee Truck or Trailer • Small Food or Drink Cart • Pop-Up Tent / Temporary Vendor • Other Important: Do not automatically remove smaller drink carts, coffee carts, or pop-up businesses. I want these categorized separately so I can decide which ones I want to prospect. Traditional food trucks, food trailers, concession trailers, mobile kitchens, coffee/beverage trailers, and similar established mobile operations should be treated as the primary prospects. Very small carts or businesses operating mainly from tents/tables should still remain in the database but can be classified as lower-priority prospects. 3. Research the Owner For every business possible, research and provide: • Owner / Founder Name • Owner’s Title • Owner’s Direct Email • Owner’s Direct Phone Number If direct owner contact information cannot be found, provide the best available business contact information instead. Please do not guess or fabricate contact information. Accuracy is much more important than filling every field. 4. Additional Information Please include the following columns in the final spreadsheet: • Company Name • Owner / Founder Name • Owner Title • Owner Phone • Owner Email • General Business Phone • General Business Email • Website • Facebook • Instagram • County • Business Type • Any helpful notes I am looking for someone who is strong at web research, data cleanup, deduplication, and finding accurate business owner/contact information.
