Newsletter Sign-Up Testing Test the complete newsletter subscription journey, including: Valid email subscription Required-field validation Invalid email formats Duplicate email subscriptions Form validation and error messages Successful subscription confirmation Behaviour across desktop and mobile Accessibility of the newsletter form 3. Email Trigger Testing Verify that the expected automated email is successfully triggered after newsletter registration. Testing should confirm: Email is received after successful subscription Correct recipient email address Expected subject and content Links within the email work correctly Email does not contain obvious formatting issues Appropriate behaviour for duplicate or previously subscribed users Please document the complete flow from website sign-up → subscription confirmation → triggered email. 4. Amazon KDP / Amazon Connectivity Verify all website links and calls-to-action that direct readers to Amazon book listings. Testing should include: Amazon links open successfully Links direct users to the correct book/product page No broken or incorrect Amazon URLs Buttons and book links behave as expected External links behave consistently across desktop and mobile Basic accessibility of the Amazon-facing links/CTAs Note: This scope is for validating the website's connection and links to the relevant Amazon book pages, not testing Amazon or the KDP platform itself. Browser & Device Coverage At minimum, please test: Chrome Safari Desktop Mobile responsive view Additional browser coverage is welcome if practical. Deliverables Please provide a concise QA report containing: Test scenarios executed Pass/Fail status Accessibility findings Functional defects Severity: Critical / High / Medium / Low Steps to reproduce defects Screenshots where helpful WCAG references for accessibility findings Recommendations for resolving identified issues Overall summary of the website's quality and accessibility Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone with experience in: Manual website testing Accessibility / WCAG testing Form and integration testing Email workflow testing Responsive and cross-browser testing Experience testing author, publishing, e-commerce, newsletter, or marketing websites would be an advantage. This is a small, focused website assessment rather than a large-scale testing project. Please include a brief description of your accessibility and functional testing experience when applying.
