Summary

We are seeking a licensed Texas Attorney to handle a Specific Perf/Lis Pendens case. We have a 2yr old contract where seller refused to sell afer signing - we have copy of contract & call recording saved. It is now pending under contract w/ someone else. We want to look at filing Lis Pendens this week. I don't want protracted litigation. I want to enforce my legitimate contractual rights and I'm open to immediately settling around the existing buyer. Does this support a good-faith specific-performance action and lis pendens?
