Text Data Extraction – Extract Data from text/sentences into a Spreadsheet

We're looking for detail-oriented freelancers/Agencies to extract data and some information from sentences, organize it into a structured format (Excel/Google Sheets), and provide analytics on the data Scope of work: Extract information from about 30,000 sentences containing health-related conversations Accurately extract conversation intents, product mentions, locations etc. Enter the extracted data into a provided spreadsheet template Flag any images that are unclear conversations Perform a quality check pass to catch miss entries Requirements: Strong attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets Experience with data entry or data extraction projects using AI Ability to follow a formatting template precisely Good communication skills and ability to meet deadlines Nice to have: Experience with Google Colab and using LLM APIs Familiarity with the retail industry Deliverables: Completed spreadsheet with all extracted data Notes on any sentence that is not properly profiled.
