Textile Print Design & Production Specialist

I am looking for an experienced textile print specialist to help develop production-ready print artwork and manage the textile printing process for my start up women's loungewear brand. This includes sourcing and vetting appropriate textile printing companies, preparing all necessary technical files, coordinating strike-offs and color matching, communicating directly with printers, and helping manage the process through final print approval. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with textile print design and apparel production, including seamless repeats, Pantone/color matching, color separations, strike-offs, and printer requirements. Experience working directly with textile printing companies is important, and experience printing on modal, micromodal, spandex blends is a strong plus. I'm looking for someone who understands both the creative and technical sides of textile printing and can confidently take ownership of this part of the development process.
