Bangkok-based researcher needed to find unusual commercial spaces by phone and online, 2–3 weeks, hourly. No site visits; someone else handles viewings. You will pre-qualify listings so I only visit what matters. Portal filters won’t surface this, so the value is in what you ask landlords on the phone. Full spec and a Thai call script provided day one. Must meet: 5.4m clear height, column-free rectangle ≥4m x 8m, ground floor preferred, working A/C, 6-month term, ฿20–50k/month, and walking distance to BTS Chong Nonsi or one stop. Deliverable: a running Google Sheet to my column spec, including every property logged and rejects. Max 15 hrs/week. Please quote your rate.
