Thai -English / English -Thai interpretation and business assistance

Looking for a liaison who can communicate on our behalf with local Thai automobile repair/inspection companies. We conduct motor-vehicle inspections globally and have a need to find some companies in Bangkok Thailand that can conduct business on our behalf. I need this person to contact some local business that I suggest and discuss the our processes. I will elaborate more to the person whom can work with us. Prefer someone who is familiar with business dealings as I am in need of someone who can represent our company from time to time and with our guidance. It would be more beneficial if the person was familiar with automobiles and/or export trades. Some local travel (at our expense) may be needed and on a case by case basis.
