Thailand - Expert Interviews

We would like to invite you to support our client from 9th September to 14th September 2026 for a medical equipment research project involving interviews with industry experts. This is an on-site role, where you will accompany the client throughout the four interview days. Your responsibilities will include: 1. During this assignment, you will be representing Nextyn in front of the client. Please do not mention that you are a freelancer. You may say that you are directly associated with Nextyn, if prompted. 2. While the client is interacting with the experts, please ensure that there are no discussions related to payments, consulting fees, or compensation. If such a topic comes up, politely let them know that the Nextyn team handles all commercial discussions. 3. We will share the contact details of all the experts with you before the scheduled meetings. One day before each discussion, please get in touch with the respective expert to: Confirm their available time slot. Confirm the meeting location. 4. On the day of the discussion, before leaving for the meeting, please send the expert a quick update on your expected arrival time (for example, "I should reach in about 20 - 30 minutes"). This helps them plan accordingly. Example: If an expert discussion is scheduled for 9th September 2026, please contact the expert on 8th September to confirm the time and location. Then, on 10th September, inform them of your estimated arrival time before you leave for the meeting. Please ensure you are punctual and available on time for the visits. 5. You will first visit the client's location. We will share the hotel details with you once they are finalized. From there, you will travel to the different locations where the expert discussions are scheduled. 6. There will also be distributor visits, where the client needs to be accompanied to distributor/supplier sites; only translation support will be required. 7. During every discussion, please note down the duration of each expert meeting. At the end of the day, share these timings with the Nextyn team. The compensation is USD 70 per day (inclusive of all expenses). Over the four-day assignment, the total compensation will be USD 280.
