About the channel I'm Anderson Bluu. I run an art education YouTube channel with 500K+ subscribers covering art challenges, marker and tool reviews, and digital art tutorials. I also run a second channel, Anderson Bluu Art, focused on teaching beginner digital artists. I'm looking for a thumbnail designer to join the team long term and help grow both channels. What you'll do Work with our team to concept and design click worthy thumbnails that match the channel's style and stand out in the feed. You'll have real creative input, not just execution. What I'm looking for Strong graphic design skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar. A great eye for composition, color, and hierarchy. The ability to turn a rough idea into a polished thumbnail fast. Reliable communication and consistent deadlines. Bonus if you know YouTube thumbnail best practices and what makes people click.
