I'm looking for a long-term thumbnail designer for a YouTube channel focused on financial planning for business owners. For each video, I'll provide: The video title, The hook, A short outline, Examples of creators whose style I like Your job is to create a clean, high-CTR thumbnail that fits the style of the channel. I'll likely invite 3 to 5 finalists to complete a paid test project (one thumbnail). The goal is to find someone for a long-term relationship creating thumbnails for my YouTube channel. The paid test will be compensated at the normal per-thumbnail rate of $20.
