Vivandi Inc. is a U.S.-based health and beauty company specializing in premium hair restoration and hair wellness products. We are the exclusive U.S. distributor of Pharma Hermetic, one of Europe's most awarded hair restoration brands, and also distribute other leading hair wellness brands. We are looking for an experienced TikTok expert to build and scale our TikTok presence into a major sales channel. Position Overview We are seeking a highly experienced TikTok Shop & Growth Marketing Specialist who understands every aspect of growing a successful TikTok business. This is not simply a content posting position. We are looking for someone who can develop and execute a complete TikTok growth strategy that drives traffic, builds brand awareness, recruits affiliates, and generates profitable sales. Responsibilities You will be responsible for: Managing and growing Vivandi's TikTok account Setting up and optimizing TikTok Shop Creating a content strategy designed to generate viral reach Planning and publishing engaging TikTok videos Managing TikTok advertising campaigns Recruiting and managing TikTok Shop affiliates Finding and onboarding UGC creators and influencers Coordinating product seeding campaigns Increasing followers and engagement organically Monitoring analytics and optimizing performance Testing new TikTok trends, hooks, and creative concepts Building a repeatable system that consistently generates sales Required Skills Applicants should have proven experience with: TikTok Shop TikTok Ads Manager Organic TikTok growth Affiliate marketing UGC creator management Influencer outreach Short-form video marketing Performance marketing E-commerce (Shopify preferred) Analytics and reporting Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate: Has successfully grown one or more TikTok Shops Can provide real case studies with measurable results Understands how TikTok's algorithm works Knows how to create viral content consistently Understands consumer psychology and direct-response marketing Is proactive, creative, and data-driven Stays current with TikTok trends and best practices Bonus Qualifications Experience with: Beauty Hair care Hair loss Skincare Supplements Health & wellness brands is highly preferred.
