TikTok Content Strategist for Lifestyle Creator (100K+ Followers)

I'm looking for a TikTok content strategist to help me rebuild and grow my existing TikTok account over the next 6–12 months. I currently have 100K+ followers after going viral in 2021 through a small business I owned. The business grew very quickly, but I eventually moved on from it and stopped consistently posting. I'm now interested in getting back into content creation, shifting toward more personal/lifestyle content, and seeing what I can build with the audience I already have. I'm comfortable filming and being on camera. What I don't want to do is spend hours every week researching trends, figuring out what to film, coming up with hooks, or trying to determine why certain videos are or aren't working. What I'm looking for: * Help determine my content pillars/niche and overall personal brand direction * Help figure out how to transition an existing 100K+ account into personal/lifestyle content * Develop weekly TikTok ideas based on my life, interests, personality and what's currently performing * Give me a clear weekly filming/content plan * Develop strong hooks and concepts for each video * Recommend posting frequency and overall posting strategy * Identify relevant TikTok trends and opportunities without just telling me to follow every trend * Review my TikTok analytics and identify what's working, what's not and what we should change * Continuously adjust the strategy based on actual performance * Help identify repeatable content series/formats that could become recognizable on my account * Help me build an actual personal brand rather than just chase views * Eventually help identify opportunities for brand partnerships and monetization I am NOT looking for generic lists of trending sounds or AI-generated content ideas that could apply to anyone. I want someone who will actually get to know me, my personality, my lifestyle and my existing audience and help figure out what makes sense specifically for my account. Ideally, our workflow would look something like: Monthly: Bigger-picture strategy, analytics review, what's working/not working, and adjustments to content pillars. Weekly: A clear list of content ideas for me to film, including the concept, hook, general direction and any relevant trends. I'm open to recommendations on the exact process if you have a system that works well with your clients. I'm initially looking at this as a 6-month project, with the potential to continue long-term if we're seeing growth and work well together.
