TikTok Coordinator

Part-time TikTok outreach coordinator for a nursing education app (~10 hrs/week) We're GoodNurse, a small AI tutor app for nursing students. Nursing TikTok is huge, we want nursing students posting about us, and we need one person to own that. What you'd do: 1. Find nursing student creators on TikTok. Small accounts are fine (minimum of 500 followers) we care that they're actually in nursing school or nurses. 2. DM them and offer the deal: free GoodNurse access, $10 per posted video, $3 for every signup that comes through their personal code. 3. Get them onboarded and make sure videos go up properly. Their videos will be posted on their account and ours. 4. Keep a spreadsheet of who you contacted, who posted, and what each code drove. Send us a short update once a month. Pay: $450/month flat. On top of that, $100 bonus in any month we get 20 qualifying videos. Another $100 at 30. $3 for every signup through their codes. Month one the target is only 10 videos since you're starting from nothing. We want someone who has done creator or influencer outreach before and can show numbers from it. If you're a nurse or nursing student who has also done outreach work, even better. To apply, start your message with the word "stethoscope" (we skip anyone who doesn't) and answer these: 1. Tell us about one outreach campaign you've run - what the offer was, how many people you contacted, how many actually posted. 2.
