US TikTok Growth Creator for DTC Brand We’re looking for a US-based TikTok creator/operator to help grow Plushwipes, a consumer bathroom hygiene brand. This is not a traditional social media manager role. We want someone who understands TikTok culture, can create content themselves, test hooks quickly, and figure out what gets attention and drives sales. ## What you’ll do * Create and post short-form TikTok content * Test different hooks, formats, trends, and angles * Appear on camera when useful * Engage with comments and identify winning content * Help us discover repeatable formats that can generate traffic and sales * Optionally recruit or collaborate with other small creators We already have product photos, videos, product information, customer reviews, and AI support for research, scripts, hooks, and performance analysis. You do not need to build everything from scratch. ## Initial content direction One audience we want to test is coffee drinkers and people who go to the bathroom more than once a day. Example territory: “POV: the second coffee hits.” “Going for round 3 today?” “Designed for days when once isn’t enough.” We want someone who can turn insights like these into native TikTok content, not polished corporate ads. ## Compensation * Commission on attributable sales * Free products * Additional bonuses for strong-performing content * Higher commission opportunities if you consistently generate sales We are interested in a longer-term relationship if the model works. ## Who we’re looking for You should: * Be based in the US * Understand what performs organically on TikTok * Be comfortable creating and publishing content yourself * Have examples of TikTok or short-form content you personally created Large follower counts are not required. Experience with DTC, TikTok Shop, affiliate marketing, UGC, or consumer products is helpful but not required. ## To apply Please answer these 3 questions: 1.
