TikTok Growth Manager (TikTok Shop + Affiliates + Paid)

We're looking for an experienced TikTok Growth Manager to build and scale a high-performing TikTok growth system for exciting new supplement brand, Moringa Burst www.moringaburst.com This isn't a traditional social media management role. We're looking for someone who understands how TikTok's ecosystem works: from affiliate recruitment and creator relationships to Spark Ads, TikTok Shop optimisation and performance marketing. Your goal is simple: Build a repeatable system that consistently generates high-converting creator content, scales winning creatives through paid media, and grows TikTok Shop revenue. What You'll Own - TikTok Shop - Affiliate programme - content + UGC engine - Paid Media (Spark Ads) What Success Looks Like You'll build a repeatable flywheel: Recruit creators ? Generate UGC ? Identify winning content ? Scale with Spark Ads ? Learn what converts ? Create better briefs ? Recruit more creators ? Repeat. The goal is to build a predictable customer acquisition system. Ideal Experience We're looking for someone who has experience with: TikTok Shop TikTok Affiliate Center Creator recruitment and management Spark Ads TikTok Ads Manager Performance marketing UGC strategy Creative testing frameworks Scaling winning creatives Ecommerce brands (preferred) Consumer products (preferred) Bonus points if you've built or significantly grown a TikTok Shop from the ground up.
