TikTok & Instagram Social Media Manager – Sports / NFL Content

I’m looking for a long-term Social Media Manager/Content Creator for RedZone Breaks, an NFL autographed helmet mystery box business that sells primarily through TikTok LIVE. I want someone who can take ownership of our TikTok and Instagram content with minimal direction from me. Responsibilities will include: Create approximately 8–10 short-form videos per week for TikTok and Instagram Reels Review my OBS livestream recordings and identify the best moments/clips Edit professional, engaging short-form videos Add hooks, captions, music, graphics, transitions and effects Write captions and relevant hashtags Create promotional content for upcoming TikTok LIVE shows Develop content ideas and a posting strategy Schedule/post content consistently Help grow followers, views and engagement Recommend improvements based on content performance Repurpose content between TikTok and Instagram I will provide livestream recordings, helmet/product photos, raw video footage, logos and other materials. I can also record additional footage when requested. I am looking for someone proactive who can tell me what content we should be creating rather than waiting for me to provide every idea. Experience with TikTok, Instagram Reels, sports, collectibles, e-commerce, TikTok Shop or LIVE selling is strongly preferred. Please tell me: How many hours per week you estimate this will require. Your estimated monthly cost. How you would handle large 2–4 hour OBS recordings. Whether you will review the recordings and choose the best clips yourself. Your typical turnaround time. Examples of similar accounts/content you have managed. This will begin as a trial, but I am looking for someone to work with long-term if we are a good fit.
