TikTok Shop & Affiliate Manager (Beauty Brand)

We’re hiring an experienced TikTok Shop & Affiliate Manager to help launch, build, and scale our TikTok Shop affiliate program for a growing beauty brand. This is a performance-commerce role — not social media management or traditional influencer gifting. We need someone who understands TikTok Shop, knows how to identify creators who can actually drive sales, and can turn creator content into consistent GMV growth. Experience with platforms and tools such as Euka, Cruva, Growi, or similar TikTok Shop creator/affiliate platforms is highly preferred. What You’ll Do Recruit 150–250+ qualified TikTok Shop affiliates per week Build and manage a strong creator pipeline Manage Open and Target Collaborations Identify and recruit creators with proven sales potential Strategically select creators for product seeding Follow up with creators and maximize sample-to-content conversion Identify winning creators, products, hooks, angles, and video formats Scale successful creators and replicate winning content strategies Optimize commissions, product listings, promotions, and affiliate offers Monitor creator performance and overall affiliate GMV Track outreach, samples, content posted, orders, and sales Provide weekly performance reports with clear insights and next steps Continuously test new creator acquisition and affiliate growth strategies What We’re Looking For Proven hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop affiliate programs Strong understanding of TikTok Shop and creator affiliate marketing Experience recruiting and managing a high volume of creators Experience using Euka, Cruva, Growi, or similar creator/affiliate platforms Ability to identify creators based on sales potential, not just follower count Strong understanding of beauty, skincare, or cosmetics content Comfortable working with performance data and making decisions based on results Strong communication and follow-up skills Self-motivated and able to work independently Proven track record of generating GMV through TikTok Shop affiliates To Apply, Please Answer: Which TikTok Shops have you personally managed and what GMV did you generate?
