We are hiring a TikTok Shop Consultant for a paid test job with the goal of onboarding a full-time consultant who can take ownership of our shop and scale it efficiently. What we need: Product research & winning product identification TikTok Shop setup and optimization (stock → private label) Strategy + execution focused on ROI Scaling campaigns and managing performance Requirements: Proven TikTok Shop experience Ability to show results (sales, ROI, scaling proof) Independent, proactive, and business-minded This is not a basic VA role we want someone who can own the store and drive growth.
